Tonno & Campani is made up of a team of passionate, gifted and hardworking hospitality professionals who are proud to share their love of South Italian cuisine with all.  Owners Marco and Mary, have set the spirit and soul of the restaurant thanks to their international experience and frequent returns to the unique fusion food scene in Sydney, Australia. They have mastered what it is that people look for when dining out – a friendly, warm, inviting ambience with fresh local produce at an affordable price.

At the helm of Tonno & Campani is head chef who brings a wealth of local and international experience to the kitchen.  Our chef’s drive, vigour and passion to work the freshest local Mediterranean ingredients that the area offers has enabled him to develop an ever-evolving menu that is simple, authentic and superbly presented. Our Chef, is accommpanied by Pizza Chef Gianluigi Astarita who started his career at the age of 17 years and focuses his energy and passion experimenting with the levitation process of the pizza dough to ensure a perfect pizza base to pair with the simple local ingredients.
